Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on DrillLane.com or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

DrillLane.com is a web-based tool that lets you browse a database of shooting drills, build training plans using a configurator, export plans to PDF, and share them via links.

The service is operated by ATSoftware.

3. Account Registration

• To access the full functionality of the service (saving plans, favorites, downloading target PDFs), you must create an account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• The information you provide (email address, nickname) must be accurate and current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.

4. Current Access & Future Freemium Model

All features of DrillLane.com are currently available for free, including: the full drill database, plan configurator, PDF export, plan saving and sharing, and favorites.

We reserve the right to introduce a freemium pricing model in the future, which may restrict certain features to a paid Pro plan. This may include:

• A limit on the number of training plans created per month (free tier)
• PDF exports with a watermark (free tier)
• Limited plan history (free tier)
• Additional features exclusive to the Pro tier

We will notify you of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance via email. Data and plans created during the free period will not be deleted.

5. Email Communications

By creating an account on DrillLane.com, you consent to receiving emails from us, including:

• Transactional emails — registration confirmation, email verification, password reset, account change notifications.
• Service-related emails — notifications about changes to terms of service, privacy policy, pricing model, or significant feature updates.
• Newsletter & marketing content — training tips, new drills, feature updates, special offers.

You may opt out of newsletter and marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of any such email, or through your account settings. Transactional and service-related emails are essential to your account and cannot be opted out of.

6. User Content

• Training plans you create in the configurator are your property.
• By sharing a plan via a link, you agree that anyone with the link can view it.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and technically process your plans in order to provide the service.
• We are not responsible for loss of user data caused by technical failures.

7. Intellectual Property

The drill database, descriptions, target diagrams, PDF templates, source code, and design of DrillLane.com are the property of ATSoftware and are protected by copyright.

You may use downloaded target PDFs and training plans for personal and training purposes. Resale, mass redistribution, or presenting them as your own product is prohibited.

8. Affiliate Links

DrillLane.com contains affiliate links to external retailers (e.g., Amazon, ammunition suppliers, gear manufacturers). This means we may earn a commission on purchases made through these links, at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate links do not influence our recommendations — we only recommend products we believe are useful for shooters.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' data
• Scrape or mass-download content without written permission
• Impersonate other individuals
• Intentionally overload the service infrastructure (DoS)
• Post or distribute offensive, hateful, or illegal content

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings (My Account → Delete Account). Upon deletion:

• Your personal data (email, nickname) will be permanently removed.
• Training plans shared via link will remain accessible but will no longer be associated with your account.
• Favorites will be deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

11. Firearm Safety

DrillLane.com is a tool for planning shooting practice sessions. By using the service, you acknowledge that:

• You are legally authorized to possess and use firearms under the laws of your country, state, or jurisdiction.
• You will follow all range safety rules at all times.
• DrillLane.com is not liable for accidents or injuries that may occur while performing drills described on the service.
• Always follow the instructions of your RSO (Range Safety Officer) and local range regulations.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

DrillLane.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be free of errors or bugs.
• Drills and training plans are for informational purposes only — they do not constitute professional shooting instruction.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATSoftware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of DrillLane.com.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of competent jurisdiction at the seat of ATSoftware, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
