Account & Data Deletion

DrillLane (by ATSoftware) lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Delete in the app / on the web

1. Sign in and go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete My Account (My Account).
2. Type DELETE to confirm.
3. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Prefer to request it by email?

Email contact@drilllane.com (or use the contact form) from your account's email address, subject "Account deletion". We process such requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account (email, nickname), training plans, logged scores/sessions, firearms, and favorites — permanently.

What is retained

We do not retain your personal account data after deletion. Anonymous crash and diagnostic reports (not linked to your identity) may remain for stability monitoring. Minimal security/transaction logs required by law, if any, are purged on their normal retention schedule.

Security

All communication is encrypted over HTTPS/TLS.
