1. Who We Are

DrillLane.com is operated by ATSoftware, based in Ostróda, Poland. You can reach us via our contact page.

2. Information We Collect

DrillLane.com collects minimal data necessary to operate the service:

  • Contact form — name, email address, subject, and message content. Used solely to respond to your inquiry.
  • Language preference — your selected language (EN/PL) stored in your browser's localStorage and/or a cookie.
  • Training plans — drill configurations created in the configurator are stored in our database. No account registration is required.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically via server access logs.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use:

  • Language preference cookie (dl_lang) — stores your selected interface language. Expires after 1 year.
  • localStorage — stores language preferences and temporary configurator data.
  • WordPress cookies — standard CMS session cookies.
  • Analytics cookies — if we use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), you will be informed via a cookie banner.

You can delete cookies and localStorage data at any time through your browser settings.

4. Affiliate Links

DrillLane.com contains affiliate links to external retailers (e.g., Amazon). Clicking such a link may result in the affiliate partner placing a cookie on your device. DrillLane has no control over the privacy practices of these external sites.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

  • Hosting provider (Cyberfolks.pl) — as necessary to deliver the service.
  • CDN service (Cloudflare) — for content delivery optimization.
  • Legal requirements — when required by applicable law.

6. Your Rights

For EU/EEA Users (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port, and object to the processing of your personal data.

For California Residents (CCPA)

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.
