Stage 10 combines movement with dual-target engagement. From low ready at 25 yards, advance toward the targets and fire 2 rounds into Target A, then 2 rounds into Target B — all while moving within 6 seconds, finishing at approximately 15 yards.
Moving and splitting fire between two targets is a fundamental MARSOC skill. In a real engagement, threats rarely present themselves one at a time. This stage forces you to advance under fire discipline while tracking laterally between targets. The swing from A to B while maintaining forward movement requires coordinated upper and lower body work — your feet keep walking, your torso swings, and your trigger only breaks when the optic is on target.
Two Marine E silhouette (or USPSA/IPSC) targets side by side at 25 yards. Carbine loaded, on safe, in low ready. Vest and helmet worn. Shot timer set to 6-second par. Clear lane for forward movement to 15 yards.
MARSOC scoring: A zone = 2 pts, B/C = 1, D/miss = 0. Max for stage: 8 pts (4 rounds — 2 on A + 2 on B).
Drive the gun from A to B with your torso rotation, not your arms. The swing is faster and more controlled when it comes from the core. Keep walking through the transition — stopping your feet to transition is a time killer.
The target transition while moving is the key skill. Practice the swing from A to B without stopping your feet. Your transition time (last shot on A to first shot on B) should be under 1 second. Goal: 8/8 pts.
