Both formats print at true scale. Set the printer to 100%, not "fit to page", then check the 1-inch calibration mark in the footer of your first print.
The B-8 is a repair center with a black bullseye scored in rings from 10 (with an X ring) outward. It's the standard target for pistol accuracy benchmarks like The Test and the Super Test.
Print at 100% / actual size (turn off "fit to page") on A4 or US Letter so the scoring rings measure correctly — the black should be about 5.5 inches across.
