What is a 3x5 card target used for?
It is the head target of the FAST drill, and the standard small accuracy test everywhere else. A card-sized hit is a pass or fail, which a scoring ring never quite gives you.
Should I use this or a real index card?
A real card when you have one, because the drill is written around it. Print this when you do not.
How should I print the index card target?
At 100% / actual size on A4 or US Letter, so each rectangle is a true 5 by 3 inches.
