Why does the 200 yard sheet have only one aim point?
At 200 yards a 0.75 inch dot is smaller than the reticle covering it. One 1.5 inch dot is something you can actually centre on.
How should I print the 200 yard zero target?
At 100% / actual size on A4 or US Letter. Check the 1 inch mark in the footer with a ruler before you drive out to 200.
How do I read a correction at 200 yards?
The grid is inches on paper. One inch at 200 yards is close to half a MOA, so halve your square count to get the MOA correction.
